Founded in January 2025 by Matt Roden, after two decades leading the $30B Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City (SAASC) mega-project in Kuwait, Dart Project Solutions brings together deep technical expertise, full project lifecycle insight, and a proven record of delivering urban infrastructure at scale – providing Clients with world class project oversight.

During his leadership tenure on the Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City project, Matt was directly responsible for building a multi-national, multi-disciplinary infrastructure delivery team - from contracting and design management to PMO and project office support. Starting from the ground up, the team grew to over 800 personnel, with headcount fluctuating over time in line with key project milestones.
Throughout this period, Matt developed highly attuned capabilities in aligning strategic workforce planning - whether scaling up or down - with organisational structure, role definition, individual competencies, cultural fit, operational systems, and performance management. This holistic approach was central to maintaining organisational health, cultural cohesion, and team effectiveness.
Matt now brings this applied expertise, in collaboration with corporate performance specialists, to assess organisational health, break down silos, and foster a unified, high-performing culture.
As of mid-2025, Dart Project Solutions operates as the consultancy vehicle of Matt Roden, functioning as a sole trader. While the business is intentionally lean, Matt has cultivated a strong, reliable network of industry professionals across disciplines. This enables Dart Project Solutions to rapidly assemble tailored teams to suit the scale and complexity of any project - ranging from targeted advisory roles to full project delivery support.
