Founder & Director
Matt Roden brings over 30 years of global experience delivering complex urban infrastructure projects across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East.
He has led major initiatives including the $30B Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City (SAASC), where he undertook a diverse array of leadership roles – client-side Design Manager, PMO Lead and Main Contractor General Manager, through which he guided multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of utilities, roads & bridges, electrical networks, treatment plants, micro-tunnelling, marinas, and more – delivering over 4,000+ km of utility networks, 750 km of roads, 7 bridges, 15 water towers, 2 sewage treatment plants and 5,000+km electrical transmission & distribution networks.
